1. Installation:

   • Go to app.racedayeventsoftware.com to download RaceDay.
   • If it’s your first time installing, it may take a few minutes, and you might need to allow the download through your antivirus.
   • The first time you launch RaceDay, you’ll need to install a database, which also takes some time.

2. Updates:

   • If there’s a new version of RaceDay, you’ll be prompted to update when you open the software.

3. License Activation:

   • The free version (RaceDay 2.0) allows up to 20 athletes and works as a demo.
   • To activate the full version, copy and paste the provided license key and click the save button. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the key.

4. Functionality:

   • All reporting features are available even in the demo version.
   • After your event, changes to the software will be restricted unless you contact RaceDay support.

5. Support & Learning:

   • RaceDay offers customer support, and it’s recommended to purchase your license at least one week before your event.
   • You can download the demo to practice and familiarize yourself with the software.
