RaceDay Event Software enables event organizers to post event details, start sheets, and results to the website www.yourresults.live, ensuring athletes can easily access relevant event information.

Live Results Publishing Options

From the Live Results dropdown menu in RaceDay Software, you have three primary publishing options:

1. Published Live Results

To publish live results:

• Select the Stage you wish to publish.
• Choose the Category you want to publish.
• You can publish results at any time during the event. If updates are made, re-publishing will overwrite the current listing.

2. Publishing Options

Course Details

• Publishes event details that you want athletes to see.

Start Sheets

• Displays athletes registered in the RaceDay athlete database.
• If the event includes a Time Trial, you can publish official start times.

Result Types

• Results – Current event standings.
• GC (General Classification) – Overall results for multi-day/multi-stage events (both Timed and Points events).
• Series Results – Tracks points accumulated through a series of events.
• Team GC – Used when teams are being scored/tracked (team names must be identical).
• Best Young Rider – Identifies and tracks riders within a specific age group.
• Classments – Used for scoring special competitions within a race (e.g., Hill Climbs, Sprints).
• Lap Results – Tracks results if the event is scored by laps.

3. Finalization & Results Status

Finalization Options

• Category Finalized – Locks the start sheet as final.

Results Status Options

• Final – Marks results as final (updates will be reflected when re-posted).
• Provisional (default setting) – Allows athletes to view and protest results before finalization.
• Revised – Used if result changes are made, with the option to later update them as final.

Publishing & Managing Results

• Publish Button – Click to post results live.
• Cancel Button – Cancels the publishing request.
• View Published Results – Opens the Live Results page to preview posted results.

Additional Features

Deleting Live Results

• Deletes all results for an event using the License Key found under Help > About in the top-right corner.

Uploading an Event Logo

• You can upload a logo to display on the results page.
• Ensure the image size does not exceed 500×500 pixels.
